I am a native of Blue Ridge, Ga. and graduated from FCHS in 2007. I completed my Bachelor’s degree from Valdosta State University, and am a Certified/ Licensed Athletic Trainer in the state of Georgia. Over the past 7 years, I have worked closely with multiple doctors, chiropractors, physical therapist, massage therapist, acupuncturist, and EMT’s to supply superior medical coverage for FCHS athletics.

I am happily married to Christa King, and we have two daughters, Evie and Lyla that attend Fannin County Schools.  We recently welcomed our son, Thaddeus King, to Rebel Nation this year. I am a sports fanatic, and greatly enjoy watching all sports. I am also a member of the Blue Ridge Rugby Club, as well as a proud member of Phi Sigma Kappa National Fraternity. I currently still serve as a mentor and advisor for new members, and serve on the Alumni Board of Executives.

I currently teach the Sports Medicine pathway here at FCHS which allows students hands on training to assist with medical athletic coverage, rehabilitation, and injury prevention. It is a dream come true for me, to come home to my high school and serve as the head athletic trainer, and instructor of the Sports Medicine program.
